Recipe - Crawfish Corn Chowder

...and Ultra-Easy
This chowder is sure to become one of your favorite recipes!



Crawfish Corn Chowder

Ingredients:

2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 Cans Potato Soup
1 Can Whole Kernel Corn, drained
4 Ounces Velveeta Cheese
2 Packages Frozen Crawfish Tails, thawed and drained (you can buy at Wal-Mart)
1 Stick Butter, melted
1 Bunch Green Onions, chopped
1 Pint Half and Half
1 Teaspoon Tony Chachere's Cajun Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes



Directions:

Stir all ingredients together, cover and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes. Stir often.
Serve with your favorite crackers, or toasted garlic bread.


NOTE: You could easily substitute shrimp or crab - or throw it all in - if you like.
